GREENCO2, inventors of the Natural CO2 Spin/Vac Air Duct Cleaning System and a high-end professional Indoor AIr Quality Company is looking to hire a Air Duct Cleaning Technician with customer service skills.
General Overview:
The Air Duct Technician is responsible for successfully servicing multiple customers each day with two person crew under a wide range of circumstances and despite obstacles.
For each technician they are responsible for maximizing sales and customer satisfaction.
The Technician must master cleaning knowledge and skills for each of the services offered and must master the techniques of selling value such that both sales and service are exceptional.
In addition, the Technician is expected to introduce the services of other divisions and obtain referrals for those divisions. At all times, the Technician must be completely dependable to arrive on time and prepared every day while demonstrating integrity and teamwork.

- Timely arrival and startup.
- Positive customer interactions
- Efficiently, methodically completing jobs. Managing changes to routes as they occur during the day.
- Independent resolution of issues, obstacles, etc. related to customer's, equipment, etc.
- Job closeout and/or thorough communication with leadership
- Maintaining clean and organized vans, equipment & materials.
- Personally exemplifying GREENCO2 cleaning and professional standards.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Must maintain valid driver’s license and participate in random drug testing.
- Clean criminal background check (exceptions may be considered at the company’s discretion).
- Previous sales and / or customer service experience is recommended.
- Track record for dependability, teamwork, rapid learning.
- Schedule flexibility – able to work periodic scheduled days.
- HVAC experience or knowledge is preferred but will train the ambitious candidates as well.
